Forget the scoreboard - underachieving Kaikorai dominated this game at Bishopscourt and deserved to lift the Speight's Challenge Shield from Harbour.
Kaikorai dominated the match with a powerful display from the forward pack, with the loose forward combination of Adam Hill, Hamish Chrisp and Kensack Palepoi laying the ground work for the victory.
First five-eighth Cam Rutherford had a good game and Fetu'u Vainikolo scored two superb individual tries.
For Harbour, Ben Nolan scrummed well, flanker Jason Kelly got through plenty of work and centre Siaosi Folau ran hard.
Kaikorai 23 (Fetu Vainikolo 2, Craig Baird tries; Cam Rutherford conversion, 2 penalty goals), Harbour 16 (Jason Kelly try; Jonnie Hughes 3 penalty goals, conversion).
Half-time: 16-9.
Referee: Dave Kennedy.
