Culum Retallick
Chiefs lock Culum Retallick is the highest profile, and will join a second-row squadron including Josh Bekhuis and Jarrad Hoeata.
Doug Tietjens is coming back to Dunedin, after spending three seasons with Manawatu. The openside flanker was in the Otago academy system but never played for Otago.
Finally, the Highlanders have recruited young prop Ma'afu Fia, also from Manawatu.
Coach Jamie Joseph has 28 players signed up for next year, and will look to add 2-4 more through the draft.
