Harbour played more effective wet weather rugby in the second spell to beat Alhambra-Union at the North Ground.
The key to the win was its strong front row of Pieter van der Merwe, Pete Mirrielees and Ben Nolan. Mirrielees was inspirational as he led from the front with strong driving runs and the pick and go.
Harbour played to the conditions better than Alhambra-Union and this is where it gained the edge in the last 40 minutes.
A key to this was the tactical kicking of winger Craig Sneddon, who chipped to the corners to keep Alhambra-Union pinned within its own 22m for long periods.
Dan Smart was an efficient halfback and flanker Dalton Ellis covered efficiently and had good ball skills.
The best Alhambra-Union player was No 8 Regan Turoa, who played a dominant role with his skilled offloading, ability to make ground with the ball in hand and his strong defence.
Alhambra-Union locks Jeremy McKee and James Willocks were effective in the lineout.
Alhambra-Union led 15-12 at the break and still had the edge when it led 20-17 early in the second spell before Harbour took a strong grip on the game.
