Huge wins for Kaikorai and Harbour

Kaikorai stormed to an emphatic 71-31 win against Dunedin in a blowout at Kettle Park today.

Unbelievably the Sharks led 17-0 early but really fell apart. Kaikorai poured on 50 points in the second half.

Harbour brushed aside Alhambra-Union to record a comfortable 50-7 win at Watson Park.

The Hawks move to the top of the standings and are unbeaten in four games.

University registered it first win of the season. It had little trouble in beating Zingari-Richmond 44-17 at Montecillo.

But there was one competitive match. Taieri prevailed 28-27 in an arm wrestle with Green Island at Miller Park. Southern had the bye.
