Racing: Set for bold Cambridge mile bid tonight

Pembrook Benny, who is hard to go past in the Waikato Flying Mile at Cambridge tonight after two impressive wins at Alexandra Park in the past month.

He has led each time against stronger fields than he meets tonight. He should lead again from barrier two.

Sovereignty, who returned to winning form at Alexandra Park on December 31, should carry on in the Trotters' Flying Stakes. He has won five races at Cambridge where he is trained.

Stylish Monarch won over a mile in 1.57.5 at Cambridge two starts. He has shown his best form on left-handed tracks.
