Raven, who is in the claiming race at Forbury Park on Thursday night with a price tag of $7000, is now trained by Graeme Anderson and Amber Hoffman.
The 8yr-old winner of seven races had his most recent success at Palmerston North in February when trained by Bob Forrester at West Melton.
The Live Or Die gelding has won three races this season for Foxton trainer Peter Scaife.
Raven was trained for his first three wins by Mike Stevens at Ashworths Beach.
The Anderson and Hoffman-trained Tom And Grace was on his best behaviour to win a trial at Forbury Park yesterday.
He led in his heat and won by 11 lengths in a useful 2.47.4 for 2200m.
He was disqualified from third when favourite at the Forbury Park meeting last Thursday.
He tangled when in the lead at the 250m and was deemed to have galloped in excess of 50m in the final 200m.
He was tried in an overcheck yesterday when he led.
"He is still green and hung a wee bit down the straight," Hoffman said.
Miss Milwaukee, another newcomer to the stable, held on to win her heat by a head after leading. Her time from the mobile gate was 6.7sec slower than that recorded by Tom And Grace.
El Nino, who is engaged at Forbury Park on Thursday night, led and sprinted his last 800m in 59.6 to win his heat decisively.
The posting of the fields for the Forbury Park meeting has been delayed until this morning as a result of the earthquake in Christchurch yesterday.
Harness Racing New Zealand closed down and the building was evacuated, Alan Clyma, the president of the Forbury Park club, said.
The rejuvenated UK Connection will be back at Forbury Park on Thursday week with Samantha Ottley again his driver.
"I will race him in the three-to-five-win race with six-win horses eligible if driven by a junior," David Gaffaney, his Loburn owner-trainer, said.
Ottley was the replacement for an indisposed Mark Jones last Thursday when UK Connection won a 3-6 win handicap.
It was the fourth win in as many starts for the 6yr-old since Gaffaney took him over two months ago.
"Just say he had been retired when I got him," Gaffaney said.
UK Connection had won three races when trained by David and Catherine Butt and more recently he had a stint in the stable of Denese Ottley.
Franco Nartiscape is back in the Charing Cross stable of Ray Reekie. Franco Nartiscape, a winner this season for Robert Dunn, has won three races when trained by Reekie.
