Hone Heke, the winner of his two starts in a comeback to racing, has been scratched at Winton on Saturday.

"He got down on his bumpers [fetlocks] and needs more time to recover," Graeme Anderson, his co-trainer said.

Hone Heke won at Forbury Park last Thursday.

Tumundal, a winner at Forbury Park in his first start for the stable, is engaged at Winton. Tumundal had his other win almost two and a-half years ago. He joined Anderson and co-trainer Amber Hoffman after his previous start on January 2.

• Anntoro, a winner at Reefton on Sunday, is now trained by part-owner Richard Bull at Sheffield. Bull was recently licensed. The Sands A Flyin mare won two races when trained at Westport by Trevor Craddock.

• The turbo quaddie will be introduced by the TAB tomorrow night. It will cover races races one and three at Alexandra Park and two and four at Addington. There is a $20,000 bonus on the quaddie.
