Shane Dye is now riding Martial Art in the $100,000 Great Northern Guineas at Ellerslie today.
Hayden Tinsley, who was declared for Martial Art, is not making the trip from Palmerston North.
Tinsley's other mount, MacO'Reilly has been scratched.
Martial Art ran fourth in the Guineas Prelude (2100m) won by Sophie Babe at Ellerslie on December 13.
The Mark Walker-trained Martial Art had won his two previous starts.
MacO'Reilly has been scratched from the Zabeel Classic due to a virus.
"He had a bit of a cough and wasn't 100% after he worked on Thursday, so we had him scoped and we just have to back off with him," Matt Dixon, his Foxton co-trainer, said.
Sydney jockey Corey Brown has been cleared to ride at Ellerslie today after chiropractic treatment for a hip problem.
He was stood down from riding at Canterbury on Wednesday after severe pain in a foot.
"I'd had pain in my hips and lower back for a couple of weeks. It got to the point where I couldn't stand the pain when I put my toe in the iron."
He has been cleared by Racing New South Wales after providing a medical certificate.
Brown has the mount on Monaco Consul, who will wear blinkers in the Zabeel Classic.
Darryl Bradley is back riding at Awapuni today after being sidelined for four months.
He broke his arm below the elbow in a fall from Maximum Star in the Mudgway Stakes at Hastings on August 29.
He had a plate inserted in the arm.
"I have been back riding track work for a fortnight and the arm feels good," Bradley said.
