Dunn, who has driven 132 winners this season, chose Fabiano over Living On The Edge (race 9) and Sign Him Up over Charioteer (race 10).
Dunn drove both Living On The Edge and Charioteer to win at Forbury Park last Friday.
He drove Fabiano to win at Orari in December, but he has not driven the 4yr-old in his past nine starts.
Fabiano won at Oamaru in May with Todd Woodward the driver.
Fabiano ran fourth at his last start at Forbury Park on June 19 after starting from 20m.
He is in a 3-6 win mobile 2200m tonight.
Woodward is driving Guru, who recorded his 10th win when successful in a 2200m (mobile) at Forbury Park last Friday.
Jonny Cox is the new driver for Living On The Edge.
Dunn will be driving Sign Him Up for the first time.
The 3yr-old has been disappointing in three starts since joining Loburn trainer Steve Dolan.
Sign Him Up won first up for Edendale trainer Barry Gibson-Smith at Invercargill in April.
He had a third in one other start for Gibson-Smith before transferring to Dolan.
Brendon McLellan is the new driver for Charioteer.
McLellan had to scratch Rathbone last Friday due to an elevated temperature and heart rate.
Rathbone has recovered and McLellan plans to start him in free-for-alls at Addington this month.
"He was just a bit off colour on the night and I will send him up to Ricky May for racing at Addington," McLellan said.
Flyin Ferrari, winner of the Graduation Final last Friday, has been scratched tonight due to slight soreness in a foot.
"He sprung a shoe and stood on it and he is just a bit tender," Hamish Hunter, his trainer, said.
Hunter plans to keep Flyin Ferrari in work for racing early in the new season commencing on August 1.
