Bonneval’s unbeaten record in Australia will be on the line tomorrow in the Caulfield  Stakes (2000m), her last race-day tune-up for the $A3million ($NZ3.3million) Caulfield Cup.

The Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman-trained 4yr-old (above) made it three from three across the Ditch on October 1, adding the Underwood Stakes to her Dato Tan Chin Nam and Australian Oaks victories.

Her last-start triumph not only made her own Caulfield Cup chances sky-rocket — she is the favourite — it also caused those of the runner-up, Hartnell, to dive.

After her defeat of Hartnell, second in the Cox Plate and third in the Melbourne Cup last year, his jockey, Kerrin McEvoy, quickly jumped off the Aussie and booked himself to ride Bonneval in the 2400m Caulfield Cup a week tomorrow.

Victorian jockey Damian Lane has the ride on Bonneval tomorrow.

McEvoy will be at Randwick to ride Redzel in the $10million Everest sprint (1200m). Redzel, drawn 4, is fourth-favourite  for the Everest which will make history as the richest  race on turf  in the world.

Emerging Victorian star Vega Magic  has moved into favouritism in front of previous favourite She Will Reign, despite being landed with a wide draw of 10.

She Will Reign will jump from barrier 2.
