Cardrona Alpine Resort will again host the New Zealand Snowboarding Open this year, organisers confirmed yesterday.
Event manager Reuben Yeoman said a "hugely successful return" to Cardrona last year for the Burton Open proved the organisers' commitment to snowboarding.
The New Zealand snowboarding event is the first in a global series and also a five-star event on the world snowboard tour, Yeoman said.
The Burton Open is scheduled for August 10-14.
