Fifa president Sepp Blatter announced earlier this week the association would consider introducing goal-line technology rather than video replays following a disallowed goal between England and Germany in the World Cup.
Animation Research Limited chief executive Ian Taylor said technology was available already to correctly call contentious goals "99.9% of the time".
"The technology is already there."
While ARL was a global leader in supplying ball tracking software, Taylor was not an advocate in it being used for football.
However, he confirmed the company had been approached by "people within the sport" to discuss the capabilities of his company, which has made a name supplying computer graphics for yachting, cricket, golf, and Formula 1.
Fifa is expected to discuss introducing goal-line technology at a meeting later this month.
