Chasing 177 for victory, Valley opener Russell Thomas anchored the innings for his team, reaching 78 not out.
Two early wickets for Albion meant the game could have gone any way, until Thomas combined with Anthony Wilkinson (49) to steer Valley to a comfortable victory within 50 overs.
Earlier, Albion started off badly at 13 for two, but a revival led by Mitch Ryan (42), batting at No 3, took its total to 176.
Simon Murley had another day to remember with the ball, taking six wickets from his 12 overs.
