Athletes tested in tri-ing conditions

Promising junior athlete Matheson Colquhoun leads the bunch during a triathlon held at the Otago Harbour Basin on Tuesday night.

It was raced over the super sprint format but due to the strong winds down the harbour the organisers had no choice but to cancel the swim leg.

First place went to Aaron Eyles, from Glen McSkimming, second, and Colquhoun third.

Estelle Arundell was the first female home, followed by Michelle Cobby.
