    The MLT Hokonui Fashion Design Awards gala evening was held in Gore on Saturday night. The Ensign reporter Helen McFelin asked two audience members what they thought of the evening.

    Kate Brunell ...  It was exciting to enjoy the hard work of the designers and to get off farm and enjoy a night out in Gore. Can’t beat it. 

    Steven Brunell ... It was good to do something a bit different.
