Elsie Street Kindergarten staff and pupils won the Jingle Bell Award for the best educational provider float.
Gore Scouts had a water pistol surprise for spectators lining Gore’s Main St during the parade.
The Gore Filipino community float took top honours, their boat-shaped float winning the Holly Jolly Award for best overall float.
The Gore Santa Parade was held on Sunday and about 35 floats took part.
The floats were judged before the event and winners received a rosette to display during the parade.The Ensign reporter Sandy Eggleston took a closer look.
