The new management structure of St John in the South Island is largely in place, with the exception of two senior positions.
St John's Southern region, which covers Otago and Southland and the Northern region, which covers Canterbury, Tasman and the West Coast, will merge to make one South Island region by July 1.
However much of the new senior management structure of the broader region is already in place.
A spokeswoman said there were no job losses and the public would not be affected because it did not affect front-line services.
Under the new broader structure, the South Island region general manager, Dave Thomas, is based in Christchurch.
Former southern region general manager Gary Williams is regional relationship and development manager, while former northern region operations manager Chris Haynes is the regional operations manager.
Former southern region operations manager Doug Third is the regional operations support manager, a role which includes fleet management.
Dunedin-based Darrel Robinson is one of two area committee relationship managers. The other person is based in Christchurch.
Pam Hall, formerly the Dunedin area executive officer, is now the community care manager.
Two senior positions are still being advertised.
