The trial for the woman and man accused of being involved in the murder of Dale Watene is on hold until tomorrow.
The trial was set to start before Justice Gerald Nation in the High Court at Invercargill yesterday, however the judge made the decision to adjourn the trial until later in the week after an in-chambers hearing in the morning.
Full details of that hearing, at which both the accused were present, were suppressed.
The jury will be empanelled tomorrow morning before the trial begins. It is expected to take between four and five weeks.
