A motorcyclist has been flown to Southland Hospital in a serious condition after colliding with a car near Edendale this morning.
A police spokeswoman said the incident was reported in Tyneholm Rd, in a remote area near Glenham, southeast of Edendale about 11am.
The rider was transported to hospital by the Otago Regional Rescue Helicopter and the incident is being investigated by police.
