A driver has suffered moderate injuries after their ute rolled in Waimumu in Southland this morning.
A police spokeswoman said they were called just after 7am to the crash in Waimumu Rd.
The driver was the only person in the ute and no other vehicles were involved.
The road, which runs from Gore, east to Waimumu then south to Te Tipua, was not blocked, the spokeswoman said.
St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said the driver was taken to Gore Hospital with moderate injuries.
