Face-painting, laser tag, candyfloss and mini-golf were just a few of the delights at the event, all of them free.
ILT marketing and sales manager Angee Shand said she was told there had been about 5000 people walk through the doors on both days combined,
as the weekend's weather prompted people to seek indoor activities.
"People yesterday came and went `I've got to tell my friends to come' ... it's been crazy on social media too, it's pretty amazing."
She said about 150 volunteers spent the whole day setting up, with lots of help coming from XO Church.
Four-year-old Aria Barrett happily played Connect Four and noughts and crosses, and said it was one of her favourite things.
"It really is
the simple things too, it just goes to show when kids are exposed to these things they get involved, and their get their parents involved too," Ms Shand said.
She said the most popular activities at the event were the giant inflatable obstacle course and the laser tag.
Other than those, popular activities were the drift bikes, the dunking booth and the free food - of which there was plenty to choose from.
The event, which was hosted by XO Church and ILT Stadium Southland, ended at 4pm yesterday.
