The limited statutory manager appointed to the school last week, Cleave Hay, said he met board chairwoman Rebecca Moody as well as acting principal Kath Russell on Monday to discuss logistics ahead of the full board meeting next week.
He said the school was set to open next week ''with business as usual.''
Mr Hay was appointed limited statutory manager last via a notice of direction on the Ministry of Education's website.
He said his role was to support the board of trustees, with a particular focus on areas of employment, policy and communications.
