A 40-year-old Balclutha man has been charged after allegedly biting his 20-year-old stepson in a scuffle at the weekend, police say.
Sergeant Martin Bull, of Balclutha, said the man had been charged with assault and is due to appear in the Balclutha District Court on May 18.
A 26-year-old Stirling man will appear in court on the same day charged with assaulting his partner.
