An 18-year-old South Otago youth escaped with minor injuries when his car crashed yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the crash on Owaka Valley Rd, about 16km from Owaka, shortly before 12.30pm.
Senior Constable Murray Hewitson, of Owaka, said the Toyota Starlet rolled twice and hit a fence. The youth was the sole occupant.
