Good chimes

With a howling easterly wind ripping through Kaka Point on Saturday, it was perfect conditions for stall-holder Tony Hamilton (65) to display his wind chimes.

More than 60 stalls sheltered from the wind during Saturday’s Kaka Point gala day, which attracted both locals and visitors.

It is a busy time of the year for the former wood merchant, who has lived in a house truck for the past 16 years and moves from market to market selling his wares.
