Several hundred competitors from throughout New Zealand are taking part in the event, which started yesterday between Balclutha and Clinton and finishes on Friday.
Otago centre president Dave Vaughan, from Waipori Station, was very impressed with the set-up, saying members of the Warepa Collie Club had done an ``awesome job''.
