Police are investigating after a body was found in the Clutha River this afternoon.
Police said a member of the public found the body in the river, near Otanomomo, at about 2.30pm.
"Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident."
A scene examination is under way and formal identification is yet to take place, police said.
"Further information will be released when available."
