Nik Kiddle
Nik Kiddle, of Frankton, who is a commercial property owner, said yesterday he intended standing and would file the papers to put his name forward before nominations close at noon.
Mayor Jim Boult and former candidate Al Angus have already entered the race.
Mr Kiddle, who is married to Charlotte Mill and has one daughter, has lived in Queenstown since 2012.
He has been closely involved in the debate over a visitor levy.
