A person is being flown to Dunedin Hospital after a paragliding incident at Treble Cone near Wanaka.
Emergency services including police and paramedics were alerted about 2.40pm on Sunday and a rescue helicopter with a winch was dispatched.
The ODT has been told the person had suffered a shoulder injury.
No other details were available.
