Firefighters prepare to open up the roof of a house in Queenstown today after it caught fire.
Three appliances from the Queenstown and Frankton volunteer fire brigades responded to the fire in Perkins Rd, Queenstown Hill, about 12.30pm.
No one was injured in the blaze, which was quickly extinguished.
Its cause has yet to be determined.
