Peak performance

Country-pop singer Kaylee Bell (centre) performs in her show at Coronet Peak skifield last night. It was a first for Bell to be on the slopes though she has been touring for much of the past year. She was joined by up-and-coming singers Brad Staley, of Timaru, and Jenny Mitchell, of Gore, to entertain the crowd, which was scheduled to be 4000 strong. The Samsung Night Sky Party last night follows the successful Synthony in the Snow event, which took place at Coronet Peak in August last year.
