Canyon Ridge is on an elevated site at 83 Atley Rd, offering unique north-facing sightlines to both the Shotover River and Coronet Peak.
These sightlines are what initially attracted developer Shane Fairmaid to the site about five years ago — he’s in partnership with home building company owner Mike Greer.
Each of the five residences includes four bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms plus a self-contained two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with separate access for guest or rental accommodation.
The main residences’ master suites span the entire north-facing width, while there’s also three-car garaging.
Foley Group’s director and principal architect Rob Campbell has included metal, timber and stone architecture to complement Arthurs Point’s schist stone.
Buyers can also add outdoor entertainment and wellness packages including cedar spa pools.
Canyon Ridge is being exclusively marketed by Fairmaid’s daughter, local WHITEFOX Real Estate sales director Kate Fairmaid, and her colleague Matthew Sampson.
Kate says in the week after the project was launched they fielded 20-plus enquiries alone from around New Zealand and Australia.
"The modern architecture is going to appeal, we think, to an international audience, people who want to see quality finishes and specifications.
"For example, the kitchen cabinetry is oak veneer and all the bathrooms are tiled."
She says "the amazing panoramic views" will also appeal, with winter sun also lasting till 4.30pm to 5pm.
