The first international flight to Queenstown Airport in almost 12 months has been delayed by over an hour.
Qantas flight QF121, from Sydney, was to have landed at 2.30pm; however, it was delayed after encountering a storm shortly after take-off.
The flight, with 172 passengers on board, is due to land at 3.50pm
