A fire investigation is under way following a blaze at a property in Queenstown.
Fire and ambulance crews were called to a block of units in Fryer St about 11pm on Monday.
Hato Hone St John treated 10 residents of the property for smoke inhalation and minor injuries at the scene.
The fire was contained to one bedroom and caused minor smoke damage.
Queenstown Chief Fire Officer Terry O'Connell said three fire trucks from Queenstown, one each from Frankton and Shotover Country, and an Alexandra command unit, were called out.
