"Kingstock is good day for the whole family to enjoy in a beautiful, relaxing setting, and spend some time with the community. We encourage locals and visitors to join us," Kingston Community Association secretary Margaret Gibson said.
Last year, the event attracted a crowd of about 200, who enjoyed sunny weather and the groovy sounds of Neil Chilton and The Business, and helped raise funds for the new Kingston emergency services building - which is set to open the day before this year's concert.
The local fire brigade will heat up the barbecue for a sausage sizzle, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinks and picnic.
• Kingstock: Live music Sunday, February 6, from 2pm to 6pm. Lakefront Reserve, at the eastern end off Churchill St, Kingston. Entry $10 for adults. BYO drinks and picnic.
