Three Australians were dealt with by Queenstown police at the weekend in two separate incidents.
Sergeant Steve Watt, of Queenstown, said a 20-year-old man was arrested at 12.01am yesterday after exhibiting "anti-social behaviour" in the CBD.
The man was allegedly involved in an altercation with another patron at a Camp St bar where there was "a bit of pushing and shoving" and he refused to leave, continuing his "antisocial behaviour".
"Police were called and arrived and he was still being antisocial ... pushing and shoving and [swearing at police].
"He thought he was a good guy, when really he wasn't."
The man was subsequently charged with disorderly behaviour.
Sgt Watt said another two Australian men, one 24 and the other 25, were arrested but later released on pre-charge warnings following an incident at a Shotover St bar after one man was asked to leave the [premises] because he was too intoxicated.
Police were called and both men were arrested, and later released.
