The annual event has taken a Celtic twist this year, inspired by the team, which stayed at the hotel as part of its Rugby World Cup visit.
Those attending Friday's fundraiser will be greeted with a pint of Guinness at the door, beginning what Crowne Plaza administration co-ordinator Julie Gill promises will be a "fantastic night".
Punters will be entertained by "Irish" band Hair of the Dog, enjoy a spread of Irish fare and have the opportunity to take part in a silent charity auction.
Mrs Gill said proceeds would go to the Salvation Army's Give A Family A Break, which provides disadvantaged families with the means to have quality time away.
Other items for auction include an All Blacks training jacket, a two-night Hermitage stay and glacier trip, and a selection of leisure activities.
• Tickets, which cost $49, are limited and can be obtained by calling 03 441-0095 or emailing julie.gill@crowne plazaqueenstown.co.nz
