New Zealand Rugby Union chief executive Steve Tew said a massive day of rugby-related fun would be on offer for fans in the resort tomorrow.
Along with activities, the road trip includes a showcase of New Zealand rugby's trophies - including the Web Ellis Cup, won by the All Blacks in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Also on display will be the Bledisloe Cup, IRB Women's Rugby World Cup and the IRB Junior World Championship trophy.
The free event will also include rugby activities for the whole family, with prizes including posters, rugby balls, Investec Super Rugby jerseys and two all-expenses-paid All Blacks Weekend Test experiences.
"The road trip is about saying thank you to New Zealand for the wonderful support you gave us during Rugby World Cup 2011," Tew said.
"We're very excited about taking the tour to Queenstown. We want to rekindle those magical six weeks and encourage people to keep backing rugby - whether it's by playing, refereeing, coaching, volunteering or simply getting along and enjoying a game."
The road trip truck is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to allow fans to have their photo taken alongside the Bledisloe Cup and virtual images of All Blacks captain Richie McCaw and other members of the RWC-winning side.
• The Great Rugby Road Trip is in Queenstown from 11am to 2pm tomorrow, at the Queenstown Events Centre on Joe O'Connell Dr.
