Queenstown barista too sexy for his shirt

Bare-chested barista Ben Owens might not have been what patrons of Grind Cafe were expecting on Saturday morning after an advertising campaign last week promising "topless baristas" at the Glenda Dr premises.

Baring his chest momentarily and hiding behind his milk jugs, Mr Owens was brewing coffee on Saturday morning, as promised in the cafe flier distributed last week.

"I read about the publican in Dunedin who advertised his bar with topless waitresses and thought it might appeal to help draw the crowds on Saturday morning," he explained.

Patrons treated to the sight of a topless Mr Owens on Saturdays can enjoy a good cup of coffee and nice breakfast too, he added.
