Chairwoman Ann Mann stepped down after four years in the position.
However, she stays on as a member, as she has been since 1995, when QBN was known as the Queenstown branch of the national Wise Women's Network.
Mrs Mann said she felt four years was "a good innings" and her family's company, Mann Made Events and Catering, was demanding more of her time.
Jaimie Stodler, Man St car park operations manager, takes over as the public face of the network and as spokeswoman.
The next QBN meeting will be held at Queenstown Airport on Thursday, August 6, from 6pm.
