Actress Cathy Downes brings The Case of Katherine Mansfield to life in Queenstown tomorrow, 90 years after the celebrated New Zealand author died in France.
The Waiheke Island-based talent toured Talking of Katherine Mansfield to great acclaim and award-winning success in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Decades later, she discusses and performs highlights from the earlier play and offers new insights into its themes and Mansfield's writings in this new one-woman show.
• Arts on Tour New Zealand takes The Case of Katherine Mansfield to 14 venues, including the Queenstown Memorial Centre tomorrow at 7.30pm. Tickets cost $20 at the door.
