Dunedin dub and drum'n'bass band Six60 celebrate their debut single Rise Up 2.0 and accompanying video with their first ever national tour, which takes them to Revolver tonight.

The five-piece band have built a strong live following while quietly flying under the radar of the music industry.

Rise Up 2.0 is the first song to be released as a result of their freshly inked deal with Universal Music and follows their self-titled EP, sold through their website.

With a fresh set created especially for the eight-date tour, Six60 will be playing new songs from their debut album, to be released in early 2011.

• Six60, with DJ Bassic and guests, Revolver, Friday, September 10, 9.30pm. Tickets $25 from Quest and on the door.
