The four Dunedin pals recorded their first five-track EP in 2007 and honed their live act while touring New Zealand over the past two and a-half years.
They spent five months of 2009 gigging in Vancouver and parts of North America. Last year also saw the boys play the Harbour Sessions in Lyttelton, A Day at the Beach along the West Coast, and Pages from Dunedin in their hometown.
"The Hustle aims to put on an entertaining live show and to get people out of their chairs and on to the D-Floor," drummer Matt Hegan said.
