The representatives charged with determining the form of a conference centre for Queenstown will discuss feedback from the community at their meeting this month.
A steering group called last month for feedback, which closed on Friday. The Queenstown Lakes District Council received 23 responses.
The public was asked for concepts and ideas, including potential locations, sources of funding and planning considerations.
Council communications manager Meaghan Miller said the quality of the submissions had been "pretty outstanding".
"They range from one to 100 page [and] there are some excellent ideas ... They come from a really broad mix of areas, from arts and hospitality to industry and individuals.
"It's been a really good process and we look forward to working our way through the submissions."
