Charity selling Christmas and all-occasion cards at bank

Save The Children volunteer Louise Dalzell holds some of the cards that are for sale at the National Bank in the Mall from today until Friday.

Mrs Dalzell said she and Elaine Wells, along with more than 20 other "loyal supporters" from Queenstown, had been giving their time to the charity, organising the sale every year and raising money. Save the Children helps children in need.

A variety of all-occasion and Christmas cards, hand towels, tea towels and gifts would be for sale at the Queenstown branch of the National Bank from 10am until 4pm today, tomorrow and Friday.
