The three-day forum will be attended by more than 60 BMW officials, representing clubs in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Hodges said the forum was an opportunity for BMW club members from around the globe to meet and discuss recent club issues and developments.
Representatives from BMW Classic in Munich will also attend the forum to liaise with international BMW Club members.
