The bank will lease 244sq m on the ground floor for personal banking, and a further 160sq m on the top floor of the $20 million building for business and private banking.
Only two leases are yet to be signed for the building, which is the last to be completed in the $150 million complex.
Branch network general manager John Maurice said the bank had been looking for a new home in Queenstown for some time, as the existing site had become too small.
"Queenstown is one of New Zealand's fastest-growing areas and this new site means we'll be better equipped to serve customers."
Ngai Tahu Property and Bayleys advertised for expressions of interest for the remaining two retail spaces last week, and will advertise again next week.
A cafe-restaurant is earmarked for the 150sq m lease.
It would serve morning and early evening trade and cater for outdoor seating on a piazza dining area beside Horne Creek.
A 143sq m outlet with retail potential, next to the new post office with 12m of frontage on to Camp St, was the other lease advertised.
Bayleys Queenstown spokesman Marty Barwood said he had received a good response to the cafe lease, with three calls from businesses in the resort and six from around New Zealand, including the West Coast and Auckland.
