Fraser Leddie has a broad experience in the hospitality industry, working for hotels in London and Edinburgh before owning hotels himself.
Mr Leddie emigrated to New Zealand in 1997 and worked in convention and entertainment centres and stadiums in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
