Fire and Emergency NZ shift supervisor Brent Dunn said one crew from Oamaru arrived at the scene of a shed "well ablaze'' in Regina Ln as of 3.30pm.
Two more appliances, one from Oamaru and another from Weston, were on their way to the scene in the town's north.
