A heavy police presence has been spotted in Duntroon this morning.
Police began executing a search warrant in Livingstone St at 9am and were still on site at 11.15am.
A police spokeswoman said the armed offenders squad is in attendance as a precaution.
There was no information available regarding what the search warrant was in relation too.
No one had been arrested at this stage, she said.
